third_party_settings_form does not render

Problem/Motivation

The third party setting form does not display if you edit the settings of image library

Steps to reproduce

1. Install module on drupal 9.5.11 (this is my installation: not tested on different versions)
2. enable module
3. edit a media library field third party settings
