Add Canvas Video

Problem/Motivation

I'd like to add the Canvas video type from Instructure to this module.

Proposed resolution

I will attach my patch to this issue. I based it on the Dacast code that already exists in the module. I might not be doing it correctly, but I got it to work on my site, so I'm submitting it for approval.
