Expand test coverage for Olivero's color picker

Problem/Motivation

As identified in ✨ Allow three character hex colour definitions in Olivero settings Active , we have some gaps in our test coverage. Additional tests needed:

• Assert that invalid hex values trigger an error
• Assert that 3-character hex codes update the color input element
• Assert that 3-character hex codes update the Olivero frontend
• ???
