Add new line support in CPS review

Problem/Motivation

If an editor adds a review with new lines, the comment will not respect them.

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable the CPS review module
2. Create a node draft
3. Add review with some new lines
4. Notice that the text won't respect those line breaks

Proposed resolution

Add a formatter that converts new lines to break.
