Removing orphaned queue entities??

You can try with drush (using the cdel command)

e.g:
drush cdel advancedqueue.advancedqueue_queue.commerce_license_notify

Reclassifying this as a support request since what you're describing is just standard Drupal behavior, not specific to Advancedqueue.
