Error in Translation Service Request Translation / Add to Cart error

Problem/Motivation

When we try to translate some content to another language, and we do click in Request Translation i get a PHP error, after the research i fix this with this patch and adding a filed to the Table "tmgmt_job_tem" field name: file_count (INT 10)
