Ran across issues updating the module from 8.x-2.20 to 8.x-2.21 on an install of core 9.5.11 running PHP 8.2.
Running composer update drupal/blazy worked fine, but drush updb took a longer time than usual to finish. Accepting the updates (remove_file_repository_service) started, but then the process apparently stopped after returning:

> [notice] Update completed: blazy_post_update_remove_file_repository_serviceTo be sure, all related modules were already updated to their most recent version, and the site was performing nominally before the updates were run.
