The task management system is defined for developer usage. List of priority options → also is defined for developers.
It would be nice if there was a different task management system for marketing professionals or if the existing structure was customized for the use of marketing professionals (maybe conditional fields usage for categorization).
Also, the documentation about the issue management should be changed according to new solutions.
