Change status color indicator of child issues on meta issue pages to something that is colorblind friendly

Problem/Motivation

As a colourblind person, it's quite hard to distinguish between the green for "Reviewed & tested by the community" and the Yellow:"Needs review" in the child issues panel list.

Steps to reproduce

Go to: https://www.drupal.org/project/project_browser/issues/3342545 πŸ“Œ [Meta] Create a short description for a contrib module Active and see the right-hand side for the child issues panel list.
Specifically, it's the difference between the green and the yellow colour.

Proposed resolution

Change the colour to a more distinct yellow with less brightness, use colour on the whole width of the panel instead of only the link, change the light grey background to a darker colour or add the status directly in each child issue.

Here is an example of how that might look. I've added a new yellow color: #FFFFAA, used the full width and added the status code below. The status code has a background of #000000 set to 10%, horizontal padding of 8, vertical padding of 4 and a border between each child issue with grey colour: F5F5F5 set to 50%. The status code font is set to regular and the font size is 10 px. If you decide this is the correct option I'll prepare a Figma board where you can easily see the dimensions!

It works okay at: " https://www.drupal.org/project/issues/drupal β†’ " in the big issue column, as each issue is filled in the entire width of the panel and you can see the status, so there is nothing to be confused about.

I personally have only an issue with colours that are close to each other. Please test with other more colourblind people as well.
