[UI] Improve behaviour of the active item on the secondary navigation

Problem/Motivation

The `Files` tab is inactive when clicking on a deep link.
The link does not have an `is-active` class.

Steps to reproduce

Go to the group page via the link(file/folder/link) on the stream section on the home page.

Proposed resolution

Add styles to the link using the `active` class of his parent.
