how to use this module in webform submission

Problem/Motivation

pdf file in webform always downloaded.

Steps to reproduce

I have an element document file/file (pdf) for user to upload pdf file.

But the pdf file not view in the browser (embed) its always downloaded when the link of file clicked.
I was try to setting the browser not to download, but Open PDFs in browser (image attached)

How to make the pdf upload from webform open inside browser page (embed)?
