Add Application Fee support

Problem/Motivation

The Application Fee event type is not currently supported in this module's events.

Proposed resolution

Add a Application Fee and its Events counterpart.

Keep in mind that the objects returned should reflect Stripe's documentation.

application_fee.created data.object is an application fee
application_fee.refund.updated data.object is a fee refund
