Restore human readable filesize and mimetype preprocess

Problem/Motivation

The was a filesize and mimetype preprocess on display suite file outputs in place on Sector 9, but it was in the wrong module.

Take this functionality and put it into the sector_media where it belongs to restore this feature to sites that are upgrading.
