Social Emoji (experimental) status

Problem/Motivation

Thanks to the Open Social team for integration of the Social Emoji module even in it's experimental stage.
I noticed that this was introduced a few updates ago and am aware that the focus must truly be on becoming DFrupal 10 ready right now, but am wondering what the commitment is to getting this worked out as it seems to close.

In my experience, the only place that it doesn't work and in fact gets in the way is in the Social Album feature as comments cannot be entered because of it's position particularly on a cell phone.

Just wanted to make those involved (if they weren't)
