The Official docs were handles specially earlier (in Git) and needed special URLs - also for translation. Example:

I suggest change the following URL aliases:
Maybe we need to keep "en" in the URL so it fits with https://www.drupal.org/docs/official_docs/en/index.html → and the User Guide? I could have made the changes myself without asking, but I think a (short) discussion is useful.
I also suggest just removing https://www.drupal.org/docs/official_docs/en/_appendix.html → as it isn't accurate for the two guides above and there is separate appendix for the user guide.

Sure, we can remove the filename-like remnants of the old import process.
Done, using the automatic URL aliases, so they get dashes instead of underscores.
