Hello Ravikant, i have take clone this theme, it's working for me, Attached screenshot as well.
The style is broken in many sections in Drupal 10 after resolved Drupal 10 compatibility issue.
Install theme in drupal 10 and apply path according https://www.drupal.org/project/bootstrap_business/issues/3296675 📌 Automated Drupal 10 compatibility fixes Needs review
This is happening due to the default classes removed from many sections.
so need to style according new DOM structure.
