Patch is working for me, but by replacing
$('#edit-field-camp-disponibility-0-multiple-dates').multiDatesPicker();
(name of your field) by
$('.multiple-dates-field').multiDatesPicker();
(more generic, unless you use a customized input field twig template).

Patch (#1 incl. #5) is working with version 2.1.2 on Drupal 11.1.5
