Provide migrate path 1.x to 2.x - Enable dependant modules and migrate config

Problem/Motivation

After upgrade 1.x to 2.x - I get the error: The service "cloudfront_edge_cache" has a dependency on a non-existent service "key_aws.repository".

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Enable the required module in a update hook and migrate configuration from 'cec.settings' to 'cloudfront_edge_caching.settings'.
