Schema cached prevents install

Problem/Motivation

When trying to install the module, menu_item_extras.utility isn't read and as a result bundle_entity_type isn't set and the bundle field is read as a string not an entity field.

Proposed resolution

Clear appropriate caches prior to querying the entity in hook_install

Remaining tasks

Current patch flushes all caches, it should be re-written to clear the appropriate cache.
