Facets not working properly with Paragraphs fields

Problem

I have a site with a facet search. Some of the fields are in paragraphs. When a search is performed, the paragraph fields are not being treated as an "and" despite the settings as such. It is being treated as an "or" which means the search isn't truly finding what the user is seeking. Screenshots are attached to demonstrate what I'm talking about.

Steps to reproduce

You can find the search here: https://www.eldoradograpes.com/grape-search So long as one varietal is available at that vineyard, it will always show a result for that vineyard even for ones that are not available.
