Problem with changed time of migrated entities

Problem/Motivation

Hi, I have a problem with changed time of migrated entities. In my import configuration I didn't select the Changed time (Set the changed time to changed time from remote data) option, but when I pull taxonomy terms from the server, their changed times are the same as on the server. I didn't notice such issue with medias and nodes, but with some exceptions - sometimes it worked well for nodes, but not always. I don't want to say it was random, but sometimes it looked like it is.

Steps to reproduce

1. Prepare channel with taxonomy terms.
2. Pull them on the client side.
3. Check the changed time of migrated terms.
