Problem/Motivation

Hi there! I made a module that seems to be in the same spirit of what you're trying to make here. Same Page Preview : https://www.drupal.org/project/same_page_preview →

It extends the content creation process to put the edit and preview screens side-by-side. We're looking to extend it to handle decoupled scenarios soon.

Hey there, for the moment we build our own approach. We are also experimenting what is the best way to handle decoupled setups. There is also https://www.drupal.org/project/composable → which is very similar to what we do with NodeHive Core.
