remove reference to --bs variables in css

I have modified the prefix namespace of my variables to be bb- in my implementation. I think this makes sense and is similar to how ckeditor namespaces there css

However, while still referencing some of the scss in the main theme, I notice this appears inconsistent with how variables are implemented else where.

Please see attached patch for possible fix.
