Add JSON import source

Problem/Motivation

In addition to the CVS import source plugin it would be nice to have one for JSON.

Proposed resolution

Add a JSON import source.

Remaining tasks

* Refactor the CSV import source to be a abstract file import source
* Build a CSV import source on top of it
* Build a JSON import source on top of it
