Difficulty getting focus in details element

Problem/Motivation

Clicking on the accordion summary and details does not always focus allowing you to enter text into the appropriate field.

Steps to reproduce

Create a basic page, add an accordion element using the CK Editor button, then try to select/edit the summary or details.
One workaround is to select another element or text in the node body and then try clicking on the accordion again (see attached .webm video attached as details_focus.zip).
