Provide a block to display my published content

Here it is a patch with the new block.

Is it necessary to add it to any dashboard by default? At this moment, the block is under "Content management" category on LB.

We just discussed this at the contribution sprint and decided to provide this and other content blocks for the Content Management dashboard by one view instead of by several.
