Make media_name configurable

Problem/Motivation

media_name process plugin handles only the name for images. But not always we need to use alt as a media title, Sometimes it must be a title property, for documents it could be a description.
Sometimes the file entity module can provide a new field which must be a future title if it's not empty.

Proposed resolution

Allow to set the name of migration properties which will be used as a media title.
