The Entity ID field needs to be updated

Problem/Motivation

In the status report I get since long this error, both in D9 and D10 in sites created in D9 just after the release of D9 (message translated from Dutch to English, see attachment):
Entity/Fielddefinitions
Non-matching entity and/or field definitions.
The following changes were found in the entity type and field definitions.
LinkChecker link type
The Entity ID field needs to be updated

Please provide a way to correct this.
