Drupal dependency needed for AOS Library

Problem/Motivation

Getting below error while using AOS animation.

build.js?v=1.x:9 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'behaviors')
    at build.js?v=1.x:9:10
    at build.js?v=1.x:15:3

Steps to reproduce

Drupal Version 10.1.4
Theme Bootstrap 5 →
Add the Animation for the block in Layout builder.
View the page as anonymous user.

Proposed resolution

Resolution added here → but it's for version 1.0.0.
