Create new release for Drupal 10 compatibility

Problem/Motivation

While the current version 1.6 declares support for Drupal 10, there have been several critical fixes committed since then to address additional issues. Can a new version 1.7 be released?

I understand CKE5 compatibility isn't yet resolved, but this would allow people to upgrade to D10 and stick with CKE4 in the interim.
