Restrict Color Selection to Predefined Colors

Problem/Motivation

Currently the predefined colors are set by default as new series are added to the data table. But a user can select any series' color once added and change it to any value using the color picker. Leading to colors that may not play well with the branding of a site.

Proposed resolution

Is it possible to pass a `list` attribute in the color input along with a `datalist` element containing the predefined colors? Or could we at least have a way to select the widget we want to use for the color field? (I tried hooks unsuccessfully)
