Prevent Transition on load in MPA Mode

With specific transition styles like circle, you can see the first half of a transition during a page reload. It should be possible to suppress this.

Having trouble duplicating this. Opened a draft MR with that I think the fix would be. If we can dupe this we can re-open and merge.
