Upgrade the Unzer SDK version

Problem/Motivation

Unzer has upgraded their SDK version and changed their version numbering theme.
Instead of 1.3.0.0 they released 3.0.0. They dropped the first digit which was supposed to be the API version.

We need to update the required version in our composer.json.
