To many syncs and to much entries in log

Currently the module syncs every cron run and if it cron runs often then there are multiple syncs for each video per day. It would be great if the sync frequency of cron syncs could be modified. For example once a week might be enough for sites where video-content does not change that often. Maybe an additional option to sync a media entity manually might help editors to manually sync a specific video to get recent updates if necessary.

An additional option to make video sync less verbose would fine too. Actually if errors get logged then there is no need to log any regular sync activity.
