Document how to add a laminas-feed extension

Hey @dcam, I'm running into an issue with laminas-feed with Aggregator on D10. Would you mind sharing how you added an extension for laminas-feed? As you said, it's not immediately obvious.

In the short term check out https://git.drupalcode.org/project/aggregator/-/commit/08a55031772cd4130.... You need to create a feed.reader. service, then call it's functions from a custom parser, which you'll also need to create.

Ok, I wrote the documentation page. Please see https://www.drupal.org/docs/contributed-modules/aggregator/how-to-add-a-... → . It hasn't been added to the Aggregator docs menu yet because I don't have access to maintain that yet. For the moment I think the only way to access that page is to use this link.

Please let me know if you need anything clarified. I'll do my best. I had to do a lot of re-learning tonight about how this feature works. I really shouldn't have put this off.

Just FYI: The docs maintainers added the new page to the Aggregator docs group. They also made me a maintainer.
