Fields sf_picklist & productlist are not migrated

Problem/Motivation

The Drupal 7 allowed for product list and sf_picklist field types. These fields are not migrating, the productlist field is causing some errors on migration

Steps to reproduce

• In Drupal 7 install Commerce and Salesforce Field modules
• Configure a webform in D7 with productlist and sf_picklist fields
• Migrate the site

Proposed resolution

One can do some sophisticated remapping, but I'm proposing a simple solution of converting those fields into textfields, so at the very least the data is kept and transferred. A patch with this solution is forthcoming.
