The constant ACQUIA_PURGE_VERSION is incorrectly defined as 7.x-1.4-DEVELOPMENT in the 7.x-1.5 version in the module file.
This causes incorrect reporting when running the built in diagnosis drush command.

View/download/open the code repository for the 7.x-1.5 version.
View the acquia_purge.module file and look at line 11.
See that the version constant is "7.x-1.4-DEVELOPMENT"
Make sure to update the version constant on the next release.
Update when new release is created.
