Pathauto Condition UI is not D10 ready

Problem/Motivation

the Pathauto Condition UI sub module is throwing errors in the UPGRADE STATUS report.

"pathauto_condition_ui.info.yml" needs to have "core_version_requirement: ^8.8 || ^9" changed to "core_version_requirement: ^8.8 || ^9 || ^10" I guess?

Steps to reproduce

composer require drupal/pathautho

enable pathauto module

enable pathauto_condition_ui module

run upgrade_status report.

Proposed resolution

Update the line in "pathauto/modules/pathauto_condition_ui/pathauto_condition_ui.info.yml" to meet d10 requirements.
