After upgrading to 3.x (beta and dev), the following error causes a WSOD on any page, admin or public:
Symfony\Component\DependencyInjection\Exception\ServiceCircularReferenceException: Circular reference detected for service "router.route_provider", path: "options_request_listener -> router.route_provider -> path_processor_manager -> path_processor_front -> config.factory -> sparkpost.test_mail_system_override -> maintenance_mode_subscriber -> url_generator".
On a Drupal 10.1.x.
- Upgrade to 3.x-dev
- Visit any page.
This is on a site with a handful of enabled modules, not tested (yet) on a clean Drupal 10 install.

Can't reproduce it on a clean D10 install and the error also vanished after a reinstall on my local environment, so I guess this is something related to my configuration or specific to my local env.
