Remove unused nominatim_base_url settings

Problem/Motivation

Currently, there are defined configs - geolocation_leaflet.nominatim_settings.yml that can cause additional issue in case the URL has changed

Proposed resolution

Remove that setting because the URL already defined in the parent module itself - geolocation_leaflet
