New Webform 7.26 update throws fatal error on PHP 5.6

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /var/www/example.com/www/sites/all/modules/webform/components/time.inc on line 364

Install updated module on PHP 5.6 and run update.php.

Roll back to 7.25.

It's the same for me.

That's because you're in PHP 5.6 and the Null coalescing operator "??" on line 364, was introduced in PHP 7.
