Latest stable release for Drupal core is stuck on 10.0.7

Looks like all core branches are stuck, the latest Drupal 10 security release is 10.0.11, and the latest Drupal 9 security release is 9.5.11.

These are manually updated and will likely become less-maintained as projects move from DrupalCI to GitLab CI. See https://www.drupal.org/docs/develop/git/using-gitlab-to-contribute-to-dr... → for information about setting it up.

I believe these labels are now all current.

Thanks! I will look into moving my contrib modules over to Gitlab CI.
