    Hi @roshnichordiya,

I've tested this issue in Drupal 10.1.x, and I haven't encountered any issues related to theme installation.
I couldn't replicate the reported problem.

Here are the steps I followed:

    1. Installed the theme using the git command.
    2. Made necessary adjustments for Drupal 10 compatibility.
    3. Checked for any potential issues after theme installation.
    4. Confirmed that the theme was successfully installed.

If I missed any steps, please inform me and provide instructions on how to reproduce this issue.
I am sharing screenshot ,please check.
    Thank you.

Now I am able to reproduce this issue in Drupal 10 when set as the admin theme.
after setting this theme, It displayed the error mentioned above.
However, after applying your patch, the error was successfully resolved.
Now, the theme has been installed successfully.
