Composer remove commerce_promotion

Problem/Motivation

When i remove module with
composer remove drupal/commerce_extra_items
also commerce_promotion is removed.

I think is bad

    The module has nothing to do with removal of commerce or its parts; that just not how Composer dependencies works.
    I guess you're missing requirement on drupal/composer in your composer.json so when you remove drupal/composer_extra_items it gets removed as well as nothing else requires it.

    Not a module issue, closing.
