Remove deprecated function datePad(), get()

Remove some old code.

OfficeHoursDateHelper::datePad() is replaced by OfficeHoursDateHelper::format().
OfficeHoursDateTime::get() is replaced by OfficeHoursDateHelper::format() .
OfficeHoursItem::formatValue() is replaced by OfficeHoursItem::format().
