Rename module to avoid trademark issue

As mentioned in 🐛 Correction to project page Fixed , "Symfony Mailer" is a trademark of the Symfony project, and the Symfony Mailer module was asked to change their name to Drupal Symfony Mailer. We should do the same on this module to be safe. The project page is already updated, but this issue is to follow up and change the name in the code.
