In between button label has changed

On a project of mine I updated the paragraphs_ee module from 2.0.3 to 2.1.1. I quickly found out that the label of the in between has changed from "+ " to "Add ". I was able to trace this back to 🐛 In between button title is double escaped Fixed .

Is there a specific reason this was changed or is it - in hindsight - a small mistake?

The "core" of the in between buttons is provided by the paragraphs_features module. This module defines the in between buttons in the "+ "-format. Therefor I think we shouldn't be changing this.

Hm, I think that was a small mistake because in version 10.0.x we still use "+" for the label. I've used the code from 10.0.x to address some other issues also.
