Scheduler fails to publish the contents automatically.

I have installed and enabled the scheduler module on the Drupal site. I have configured the module and added the configuration for the content type as required. After configuring the module when I try to publish content through the scheduler the contents fail to present in its published state. (It fails to publish the node as expected).

I can see the contents on the Scheduled content tab (/admin/content/scheduled) but in an unpublished state. I have also tried with running the Schedulers lightweight cron it didn't work either, the scheduler fails to publish the required content.

    Thank you for your report.

What do you get if you run drush -vv cron

    Hi divyamanoor,
Yes, just saying "it did not work" is not enough information to discover what is going wrong. Can you check the log to see if a cron job has run? Also please check the timezone of your site via /admin/reports/status - Scheduler provides information on your site timezone vs personal timezone, so make sure the Publish On time is now in the past.
