Cache issue for node Entity References Map

Problem/Motivation

Once the node is edited and references field values has been changed - Entity References Map still showing old references while not clear the cache.
Similar cache issue is happen if change the list for fields or even disable Entity Reference Map option for node type.

Steps to reproduce

Create a node of type where the Entity References Map is enabled and at has least 1 entity reference or term reference field exits.
Visit Entity References Map node page to see the map.
Edit the node and change the reference field values.
Visit the map page again and get old version of references there.

Proposed resolution

Need to add a node:{nid} cache tag for the node Entity References Map page.
