Debug HTML output like Devel Mail Log

Hi,

Is is possible to use debugging transport like devel mail log, where email were "sent" to folder as HTML files? I'm currently working on new email template for Drupal commerce, due the integration limits (I believe the token are missing) I'm looking for the best solution for debugging emails and I believe the email transport is the best method. I really appreciate your module and your past support.
